Thanks to our newly secured Art Council Funding, we are recruiting a Freelance Assistant Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Assistant Project Coordinator to help us produce the Refugee Week Creative Actions programme (June 19-25) here in Hastings and St Leonards. Work with us to create a diverse, engaging programme and a culture of welcome for all.

This is a fixed-term professional development opportunity, scheduled flexibly, part-time between March and the end of June. You will be working with The Refugee Buddy Project along with a host of local artists, arts organisations and community groups.

Guided by the Project Manager, you will coordinate in-person and online meetings, distribute communication updates and support the organisation and successful production of the creative event programme.

You will have a passion for the value of arts for all and for building understanding across communities. You will have good English communication proficiency, people skills and be able to use Office 365 software. You will gain project management, cultural production and community building experience and skills.
