The Rwanda Plan to deport refugees from the UK to Rwanda will rip up all existing laws which protect the rights of asylum seekers. It must be exposed, opposed and defeated.

Campaign Coordinator of the Hand and Brain Africa Activists Network (a network of social justice movement activists from across Africa). Gyekye will outline the Rwandan government strategy and expose the reality facing refugees transported to Rwanda.

Clare Moseley
Driving force behind Care4Clais. C4C is taking the UK government to court over the Rwanda Plan, and continues to provide essential support for refugees stranded in northern France.

Weyman Bennett
National co-convenor of Stand Up To Racism, involved in planning action against the Rwanda Plan, the Nationality & Borders Act and the wider racist agenda of the government.

Chelsey Beaney
Buddy Coordinator of The Refugee Buddy Project, Chelsey will talk about the Charity’s response to the new plans and how it will affect local people seeking refuge.
