Chef Momo studied with Migrateful, a London based charity which exists to help people seeking refuge on their journey to employment and independence. He came to Hastings in 2022 after several successful pop-up events at The Dove Cafe and events such as Palestine on the Pier, and has since taken over a restaurant in Hastings Old Town, which is relaunching as Maysaloun on Sat 24th June, and will feature a wonderful selection of Palestinian and Syrian dishes all with Momo’s unique touch.
